What we've been up to

The school year begins again. It is a blessing to share with you some children who received their school supply lists early. so that we in the ministry can support them and they can continue studying this year. I praise the Lord for His provision . To other children we support in the ministry, they will come to the schools in the first week of February. Until then, they will receive their school supply lists, and in this way, we will support them with everything they need.

We have a wonderful time in each home, in the communities, sharing with humble mothers of families with words of encouragement and supporting them with basic food supplies. Likewise with the group of ladies in Panimache 1st. It is a blessing to share with you our last meeting of the year with the humble mothers after having received His wonderful word. I just want to share the Joy of the Lord with you! We will be blessing more than 56 children in the Ministry this year for Christmas with a pair of nice shoes. I thought of them because of the design. It will be useful to them in their school year next year. I've been thinking about the little ones since November, I've been coordinating their sizes with their mothers so I can bless them at this time. We've filled the kitchen and the living room/office with boxes. :) My family

Hector and the team celebrated Jesus' birth with a party with the children we minister to in the villages around Panajachel. The kids were treated to a Bible story video, pizza, sodas and a great pinata game where they were given lots of candy. What a fun time!!

It is a blessing to provide these eighteen families in need with basic food support, in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ. Glory be to the Lord for seeing the ladies and their children so grateful. Nicolas, 8 months old, Jeidy, 5 years old, and Cristian, 6 years old, who went to live with his father's family a year and a half ago. On our recent trip to Guatemala, we did some medical screenings and found some immediate needs. Hector was able to take them to a local doctor for treatment and now we are happy to announce they are getting better. Praise the Lord for His provision!

Today we came to San Antonio Palopo to bless a disabled lady with basic food supplies; Candelaria, we found her working on her loom, weaving her thread bracelets to sell, which is part of her livelihood together with her widowed mother Marcela.  Also, Marcela who was very grateful to let us know about her health, She improved a lot with the medication that was given to her for a month and that she still has.
