A family bunk bed by Florinda Tzurec
In the town of Concepcion. A wonderful day sharing the love of our Lord Jesus Christ with the family of Florinda Tzurec, a 29-year-old widow with two daughters: Crista, 9 years old, and Nicol, 8 years old. At the age of two, she emigrated to the capital city with her older sister to work selling tortillas on the street after the death of her parents. The place where she grew up and later started her family, until 3 years ago when she sadly lost her husband. He returned to his hometown of Concepción to start over, renting a house, and found it difficult to make ends meet due to the scarcity of work. She told me, broken in her grief over the hardships she was experiencing with her two daughters, that she remembered the Lord - She falls to her knees to pray to the Lord and decides to believe Him, as she reads in the short video attached here: “Jeremiah 33:3 Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.” In the coming days, the Lord will glorify himself before her, opening a door and offering her a job opportunity in the kitchen of one of the hotels in Panajachel. where she travels 16k every day from her town and that's how she was able to afford her room which she shares with her older sister, a single mother of 3 children (another sad story) Florinda, a widow, greatly glorifies the Lord for the works she sees He is doing for her family. Currently, he perseveres in the church with Pastor Manuel Juracan, who led us with this family according to their needs. – We were able to fit this bunk bed in their small room, where their two girls were very happy to receive it, I must say, giving Hector many grateful hugs. We gave them a Bible and prayed, thanking the Lord our Savior for His provision and encouraging them to persevere and not give up on His ways.
God is so good!!!
